Marlon Harmon – My Story
Marlon Harmon is a successful entrepreneur and subject matter expert in the field of leadership development. He is a top trusted advisor to small, medium and large size corporations that rely on his seasoned problem-solver skills as a leading authority. He is an advocate for positive movement and effective leadership. Marlon is currently brainstorming his first book on Resiliency. Based upon a Ph.D. research that traced and documented his life from elementary school into his college years, bringing his experiences to print with the hopes of helping many discover the power of resiliency.
Since 1985, Marlon has delivered keynote speeches, workshops, and seminars to companies all across the United States and abroad. Marlon has been able to teach people how to “Pivot Into Action” with his special gift as a communicator, command the stage in front of his audiences and be the speaker of choice for many high profile events in his community.

Marlon’s 18th birthday he became an Eagle which is the highest rank a young man can earn in BSA. In 1998, he was named “Young American” by BSA. Marlon was named to the Mayor’s Youth Commission by then-Mayor Patrick Moran (Kenosha WI). He also served as Youth President for NAACP, nominated for Whitehouse Fellowship Award, and in 2005 he was named a Minority-Owned Service Firm by the Arizona Small Business Administration.
Eagle Scout 1990, Young American Award 1993, Nominated Whitehouse Fellowship, bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree (M. ED Leadership) Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, 2005 Minority SBA Small Business Award and is a Licensed Realtor Arizona.
